Husky and snowmobile - the perfect mix. Experience a vacation that couldn't be more contrasting! For two days you will explore the endless ice roads of Scandinavia with my well-motorized snowmobiles and go on a fast tour into the last wilderness of Europe. On the third day, you will experience Lapland from a completely different perspective as a musher of your own dog team. You glide silently through the vastness of Lapland and hear nothing but the panting of the dogs.

Program

1st day arrival

 

You arrive at Arvidsjaur or Lycksele Airport. After the transfer from the airport, a cozy log cabin awaits you. Depending on the time of arrival, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the snowmobile. Over dinner together in a family atmosphere, we get to know each other better and discuss the upcoming tour days.

2nd day snowmobile tour

 

After a hearty breakfast, prepare for your first snowmobile tour. If not already done the day before, the instruction will take place now at the latest. You are never alone on tour, but are always accompanied by an experienced guide. The tour takes us through the forest and river landscapes of the area. The tour can last up to 6 hours. During the day we take a break in the open air, where we can refresh ourselves with hot drinks and something to eat around a campfire. In the afternoon we return home, where we are served a delicious dinner in the evening.

3rd day dog sled tour

 

On day two, after a delicious breakfast, we make our way to the neighboring husky farm (6km). There you will get a guided tour and all kinds of questions about huskies will be answered. Then the instruction on the sledge takes place and you can start. You lead your own dog team through the snowy winter landscape of Lapland and experience a whole new feeling of freedom. The tranquility that surrounds you and the originality of this type of movement are impossible to put into words. You will be amazed how much power there is in your friendly four-legged friends, who pull you over the trails on a daily stage of 20-30 km

4th day snowmobile tour

 

We start our last exciting snowmobile tour after a delicious breakfast. Our exciting ride takes us through the birch and pine forests of the region. Frozen lakes and rivers also have to be crossed. During the course of the tour we will take a break in the open air to fortify ourselves around a campfire with hot drinks and lunch. The duration of the day tours is up to 6 hours. With a little luck you can observe the local fauna. The most famous animals are probably the elk and the reindeer, but also the lux and the wolverine are at home here. During a last dinner together in a familiar atmosphere, we review your stay.

5th day departure day

 

Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end. After breakfast and a farewell, we will bring you back to the airport.

The day tours are individually designed depending on the group, so the length and degree of difficulty can be adjusted. The temperatures also determine how long a tour is conducted. Overnight stays in a wilderness hut or overnight at other locations are possible on request and by arrangement.

Two people can also ride a snowmobile. Every guest drives their own dog sled.
